Why is there an advert for Surfprint.co.uk on the reverse of all my cards?
An advert for Surfprint.co.uk is printed on the reverse of all cards ordered via either of our special offers (100 cards for £10 or £15).

This advert does not appear on any of our products sold at full-price.

Can I use my own graphic?
We will be adding this feature to the site soon. For the time being please contact us on 01475 675158 or email enquiries@Surfprint.co.uk to discuss your requirements with one of our team.

Do you print flyers/t-shirts/mugs/badges, etc?
We only print items that appear on our homepage.

How much will it cost when I re-order?
Click on ONLINE PRICING on the homepage - this will allow you to decide on quantity and turnaround by giving you an instant quote.

Please note: the "100 cards for £15" offer will always be available to you but only by paying full-price will the reverse of your cards be blank. All cards ordered via any special offer will hold a small advert for Surfprint.co.uk on the reverse.

How do I return products?
All products are non-returnable as they have been designed, proofed and confirmed by you. Please refer to points 2.1 and 2.2 of our terms and conditions below:

2.1 Your submitted Order indicates that you have reviewed and satisfied yourself in respect of the main characteristics of the Product including the design and lay-out and the correct spelling of any names and words, and correct details of any postal address, telephone, fax, and/or e-mail details.

2.2 We are offering this personalised service which allows you to specify, design, and proof the Product prior to printing. You acknowledge that after you had the opportunity to review and proof the Product by submitting the Order you are committing irrevocably to the printing and ordering of your Product."

However, if you are neither satisfied with the quality of our printing or the quality of our materials you may return the cards for a full refund to: Returns Department, Surfprint.co.uk, 120 Main Street, Largs, North Ayrshire, Scotland KA30 8JN. All cards must be returned in their original packaging. On acceptance of the return, and upon acceptance of the reason for the return, we shall credit you with the original purchase price and the postage on the returned goods.

How long will it take to arrive?
Full-price orders are despatched within either two or four working days (depending on customer's preference at time of order) by First Class Royal Mail.

£15 special offers are despatched within five working days by First Class Royal Mail.

£10 special offers are depatched within ten working days by Second Class Royal Mail.

Please note: Surfprint.co.uk can only guarantee the despatch of goods - the actual delivery is reliant on the efficiency of the Royal Mail. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Can I upload a logo or image and use it in my design?

How do I edit a saved design?
To edit a saved design click ACCESS YOUR DESIGNS on the homepage and enter your email address and password. A list of your previous designs will now be displayed under RECENT DESIGNS. Click on the design you want to edit and it will be uploaded into Surfprint's design system. You can then make as many alterations as you like and proceed to order.

What if I've made a mistake or want to cancel my order?
If, having purchased your product, you decide to cancel your order there will be a £10 administration charge. Cancellation is only possible within one hour of your purchase. Please refer to point 1.4 of our terms and conditions.

If you have taken advantage of either our £15 or £10 special offers a £10 administration fee will be charged if we are required to correct an error on your behalf.

If you have placed a full-price order and realise you have made a mistake we will correct the error as long as printing has not commenced. There will be no further charge. If printing has commenced a minimum fee of £10 will be charged. Please see point 2.1 of our terms and conditions.

I don't have a debit/credit card - can I pay by cheque?
We can only accept debit/credit cards.

When will my debit/credit card payment be taken?
Payment is taken by Worldpay as soon as you submit your order. WorldPay then inform us of your successful payment and we schedule the printing of your product within the timescale you have designated.

I've made a typing error - can it be corrected?
If you have taken advantage of either our £15 or £10 special offers a £10 administration fee will be charged if we are required to correct an error on your behalf.

Can I put a link to Surfprint.co.uk on my own website?
Please do so - a link to the site is greatly appreciated. However, do not link directly to any Surfprint page.

Why is the special offer of "100 cards for £10" no longer available?
Only one special £10 offer is available to each customer - if you've previously taken advantage of EITHER our £15 offer OR £10 offer then the £10 offer will no longer be available. This special price is offered to allow you the opportunity to trial the quality of our technology and printing.

The £15 special offer is always available. However, the reverse of your cards will hold a small advert for Surfprint.co.uk.

All cards ordered at full-price will be blank on the reverse.

My product hasn't arrived - where is it?
We can only guarantee the DESPATCH of goods - the actual delivery is reliant on the efficiency of the Royal Mail. We ask you to understand the circumstances of strikes and holidays.

Please also note "working days" means Monday to Friday: eg, a product ordered for despatch within four working days on a Thursday may not be DESPATCHED until the following Tuesday.

If it does appear your product has been lost in transit please contact us by emailing enquiries@Surfprint.co.uk or telephoning 01475 675158 and we will organise a re-print.

No. These are the only colours you can choose from.

Can I order more than one product at a time?
No. Please complete an order for one item and then return to the homepage to begin ordering a second item. You can upload a previous design by signing in - click ACCESS YOUR DESIGNS on the homepage and enter your email address and password. Click on a previous design under RECENT DESIGNS, make any alterations and order.

I'm happy with my current stationery - can you print it?
If you have previously ordered printed goods from another supplier we will re-create your design and print it for you. Click on PRINT EXISTING DESIGN on the homepage, fill in the form, attach your file, and click SUBMIT A QUERY.

Please take the time to click on the file format you intend to send and make sure your file fulfils all Surfprint.co.uk's criteria.
